Timing
Our grooming appointments can take anywhere from 2-3 hours, Sometimes 4... depending on their size, coat type and the services you choose. we will call you in advance for pick up.
Picking up your pet past 2hrs from our call to pick up will result in a $10 Late Fee
Late Arrivals Past 30 Minutes will result in a $10 Late Fee
